Patient Information, Policies, and Directions

On the Day of Treatment:
 
For your 1st visit:
Bring prescription medication information (name and dosage).
For every visit:
Eat a light meal before treatment.
Avoid coffee, alcohol, and heavy meals.
Do not get other bodywork done on the same day, such as, chiropractic, massage, or energy work.
Do not exercise heavily after the treatment; light walking or stretching is okay.
Drink plenty of water.
Plan for rest.
 
Cancellation Policy:
 
A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment.

Acupuncture
    Initial Diagnosis, Exam, and Treatment    $125
    Treatments    $75
 
NST Session     $60
   
Method of Payment:
 
Payment is due at the time of treatment and may be made by cash or check. Credit cards are accepted.
 
Insurance receipts will be provided upon request. Please check with your provider to see if acupuncture is covered as plans vary.
 
Directions, Parking, and Arrival Information:
 
3235 East 2nd Ave. #2, Cherry Creek
 
*Located between Steele and Adams on East 2nd Avenue.
 
*There is free 2 hour parking right in front of the building, along parts of Adams and also along Cook.
 
*There is parking in the driveway behind the house, which is accessible through the alley to the west.
 
*There is pay parking anywhere west of us.
 
*Please come in and make yourself comfortable in our waiting room. I will assist you to my office.
